Cassie Charles Pleases Customers with Superior Customer Service

Cassie graduated from Laurel Highlands High School in 2002 and began pleasing customers with her superior customer service and work ethic when working as the receptionist for the agency. She obtained her Property and Casualty license in 2007 and then obtained her Life Insurance license in 2010. Her responsibilities at the agency include providing reliable quotes for new clients, servicing current clients and all commercial renewals. Her goal is to continue to provide our clients with exceptional customer service and to make sure that they are protected properly.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jimmy, her family and her friends.
